Q. When will my order ship ?
- Orders typically ship 1 – 3 business days from when the order was placed
- Any orders placed Saturday and Sunday will not ship until the following Monday, at the earliest.
- Orders ship from Lynn, Massachusetts via 1st Class USPS.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive ?
- USPS 1st Class transit times are only estimates and are usually 3 – 5 days. However, since the pandemic began this time has varied greatly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact date.
- Please give yourself plenty of time for your order to arrive.
- If you need your cards earlier, please consider upgrading to Priority Mail shipping.
Q. Do you ship internationally ?
- Currently we only ship to United States addresses.
Q. What is your Return Policy ?
- We are happy to accept returns if the purchased item (s) are unopened and unused, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be excluded from the return amount.

Q. When will I be refunded ?
- Your refund will be processed within 1 – 3 business days of its arrival to our shop, and the charges placed on your card will be credited to you.
- Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
